About the Show

Watercolours is programmed weekly by me, Calia. I am a lover of community radio and KCSB in particular. I love the set of eclectic and alternative music tastes, points of view, cultural programs, and news programs that KCSB offers. Please check out their full schedule here! 

So what is Watercolours you may ask? Well, Watercolours are light, airy, ethereal, and soft. I think of these adjectives every week when I am creating my playlist in order to structure my program accordingly. As a particular genre, I would classify Watercolours as dreamy indie rock/pop. I also like to add some electronic indie pop into the mix, as those tunes can also embody the starry-eyed and romantic atmosphere I'm going for when I'm broadcasting my program. This fall, Watercolours will be on the air on Tuesdays from 8-10PM pacific! You can tune in either on 91.9FM or you can stream online at KCSB.
